How it all began

I have always had a strong passion for health and assisting others. My journey began in 2011 when I first took a beautician course, which I later supplemented with massage therapy, and in 2023 with Reiki. 

In 2015, after losing my mother to lung cancer, I came across Bowen therapy, which introduced me to a new realm of healing on multiple levels. In 2017, I pursued training in Bowen therapy, and in 2024 I was finally able to dedicate myself entirely to complementary healing. 

In 2026, I dedicated myself to further enhancing my professional development and expanding my therapeutic capabilities. I successfully qualified as a specialist Bowen practitioner and completed certifications in visceral manipulation and somatic massage. To complement these physical modalities, I also completed a professional counselling course. This integration of somatic and psychological training enables me to provide comprehensive, tailored care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of health and recovery.
